is a 30 minute class for beginners. This class will teach you how to do the healthy bounce to keep moving. Even though a healthy bounce is considered beginner, you will work up a sweat with this and learn the fundamentals of bouncing. A healthy bounce is just moving nonstop without bringing either of your feet off the mat. Often times, people ask me if they will get an actual workout in for this class. The answer to that is a big YES.
is a 50-minute class that alternates between bursts of cardio and then a strength training burst. You will flow between the cardio, then the strength working your upper body, core, and lower body. This class will deliver great strength and endurance. You will use the rim of the rebounder for resistance. Also, these classes are filled with lots of variety so you will never get bored with the same old moves.
BOUNCE HIIT will be a calorie burner since it is High-Intensity Interval Training. This has been proven to be the most effective form of burning fat and to keep burning those extra calories up to 24 hours after you are finished.
This class is 50 minutes with a three minute warm up then we will do one-minute bursts of cardio and strength. These bursts will be mixed up to give the most bang for your time. It is a guaranteed sweat fest which will be done on the mini trampoline.
This is a higher intensity class that is guaranteed to burn those calories and speed up your metabolism. You can also easily modify all of the moves.

This fitness class combines belly dance moves with traditional Middle-Eastern, R&B, and hip-hop hits. Participants will learn muscle control, improve strength and increase flexibility by drilling the basic movements of belly dance. No previous dance experience or choreography memorization is required! Please wear comfortable workout clothing. You will exercise with bare feet. Optional: a hip scarf or belly dance belt tied low around the hips helps both the student and the instructor to see how the body is moving. Scarves are available for purchase at the studio for a nominal fee.

This class start out with a warm up song while using the TRX straps while bouncing on the mini trampoline. After the warm up, we go into a cardio segment, then a strength segment. We repeat this process with the cardio and strength segments being about 6 minutes in length until we get to the 45 minute mark. We end with a cold down and a stretch.
What is unique about this class is bouncing on the mini trampoline while holding the straps of the TRX. This will work your upper body and core to the simultaneously all while upping your cardio to the max.
The Strength segments will challenge every muscle in your body. The mini trampoline adds in a stability aspect while using the TRX. Since we are on an unstable surface, this will spark more muscle control and improve your balance.
