Since I started using the Bellicon rebounder and TRX, I have lost 50 pounds and gained strength and balance. With Cheryl’s exercise and diet guidance, I have been able to maintain the weight loss. As the owner of Bouncing Fitness, I have had my fitness goals at the top of my to-do list for just over 43 years. During those years, I have raised 10 beautiful children along with staying in tip top shape. I am a certified personal trainer for 20 years. I am also a certified Bellicon trainer, which is the brand of mini trampoline that I use at my Studio. I have over 550 rebounding youtube videos and about 150 youtube fitness videos that do not use any equipment.
